James: Service Desk Team Leader
James is easy going but he works tirelessly for customer satisfaction. In fact, this is true for the entire Service Desk Team. Customer happiness is always at the forefront, as well as looking after his team and making sure they feel comfortable in raising issues, whatever they may be.
Outside of work, James supports this favourite sports team - Leicester City F.C. Their odds-defying league win in 2016 is a great memorable moment for him. Another of his great experiences was driving a Mustang along the California coast on his amazing road trip in the USA. Something of a dream vacation would be to road trip more of the States with the best company in the world - his fiancé.
