“Thank you for putting me in touch with JCW last week. Julian and his team provided an outstanding service with call outs and support over the weekend of 16th -18th July.
They provided portable units to get us out of trouble over the hot weekend and their engineer attended Friday, Saturday and Sunday to help us out.
Last week they provided a quote to replace all three AC units in the server room and had them installed and up and running by Friday.
I have spoken to Julian, several times in the past week and he must dread seeing my number come up on his phone now, and said that I would let you know of the great service they provided to us so thanks again for putting me in touch.”

“I just wanted to send my personal thanks to your teams for the AC install that has been completed over the last 3 days in Hemel. The client was very happy with the end result and how you managed to include the power install at the last minute.
Many thanks for your patience and understanding last week when we thought this job wasn’t actually going to happen!! The advice you promptly gave to us all when asked many questions was thorough but to the point and without that level of professionalism, I doubt the job would have gone ahead this week as planned.

“I would like to pass on my thanks for the work your guys did on site. Both the install and the work you completed on the Stulz unit.
The install proved more difficult than expected and our customer changed the job after you started, your engineers dealt with this really well and completed the work to a very high standard. This in turn looks really good on Engie. Our customer is really happy with what you have done and the way the guys conducted themselves on site. As you know our customers expect a very high standard, your guys met this and exceeded it. I do think they need to be told it hasn’t gone unnoticed.
With regards to the Stulz install again your guys were amazing on site, they completed the work to a very high standard and conducted themselves very well. We have had the Stulz engineer commission the system and he asked who completed the work, after telling him JCW, he commented that the install was “spot on” and JCW always do a great job. Andrew has been on site a lot and he always completes his work to an exceptional level, his level of knowledge is first class. Andrew’s high level of workmanship has been noted by Engie, our customer and Stulz themselves and again I think he needs to know that it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

“The install of the AC units in Ashton by Mick Stevenson and the team was one of the most difficult we have experienced for a number of years. Due to some external issues with anti-social behaviour, theft of equipment and potential for more losses for the business we decided to decommission a chiller and use JCW to install multi-split units in a trading bingo club. The team delivered a quality install in some difficult circumstances, identifying the person who vandalised the previous system and through their diligence and consideration for the client they altered the design and location of the external units to prevent further theft. The works were disjointed from our side due to these issues, yet the installation team adapted to the situation and delivered, as always, a high quality of install to the same cost, with the only variation in the contract down to the relocation of the external units at high level.
Finally, to sum up the after service, Mick and the team kept in touch with the General Manager, set up the controller and advised on how to operate this and kept in touch for the following few weeks to iron out a few operational issues within the site”
“JCW Energy Services recently fitted a much needed air conditioning system in our main function room at Torpoint Athletic Football Club. During busy functions the room was getting extremely hot, causing slippage issues on the dance floor due to perspiration. We were also having to open the windows to ventilate the room but this was causing noise disturbance for nearby residents.
JCW came and surveyed to assess the requirement and shortly after quickly and efficiently installed a brand new air conditioning system. This has proved to be fantastic! We can hold large scale functions without having to open the windows, hence residents aren’t disturbed and the room itself is a much more pleasant environment for all attending. We can maintain a comfortable temperature whatever the weather outside.

“Trinity Mirror PLC have a large property portfolio all over the UK and use a number of trusted contractors to undertake refurbishment works of all types around the country. The relocation of the Leicester Mercury HQ to new premises in Leicester town center required a comprehensive and complex refurbishment, using all trades, very tight time scale and (of course) budget; Trinity Mirror company policy is to use as far as possible local contractors, JCW being a local contractor highly recommended by Leicester Government Council was the obvious choice and was appointed.We can confirm that they have scored highly on all the requirements. JCW have become a Trinity Mirror TRUSTED CONTRACTOR.
They have subsequently carried out other similar local works and in the process of putting costs together for a further large project.
