Alan: Head of Operations, Bristol
Alan has been Operations Manager for JCWES for since 2007. He oversees the management of maintenance contracts ranging from HVAC to full building management, for Bristol and across South West.
Alan looks after the office and contracts for business sectors such as Offices, Retail, Council, NHS and Manufacturing Plants where his skills are utilised to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call outs on all sites.
Alan is responsible for a team of 30 employees, including engineers who specialise in Air Conditioning, Heating and Electrical. He has been a key account manager for many large contracts, and have been head of in Operations since early 2023, ensuring the client requirements were met to and above expectation.
