Building Fabric Services can mean something different to different people. In short, the term ‘building fabric’ covers every area of your building that does not come under mechanical and electrical or other specialised services.

Why have JCW set up a Building Fabric division?

JCW provide specialist hard services such as mechanical and electrical maintenance and installations. We have built up a large and varied customer base, all requiring a bespoke level of service provision.

In response to regular requests from our clients to provide additional support to our specialist services, we began to offer a range of building fabric works, particularly helping our installations department with making good as well as renovations, during and following the completion of HVAC projects. We have also provided commercial disaster recovery services to clients premises where there has been a fire or flood, getting the premises back up and running quickly.

The requirement for our building fabric and disaster recovery services amongst our existing client base has grown and we are now at a point where we can provide these services to new customers - nationally.
