Celebrating Long Serving Staff
/2020/21 saw a long list of long service milestones achieved within our various divisions. This time, the length of awards ranged from 20 years to 30 years. Due to the lockdown, we thought it best to hold off the celebrations - until now!
Now we can properly say our thanks and show our appreciation by actually presenting gift vouchers to our long serving staff members, who can now make use of them. As we have had to wait 18 months to present these, there are certainly a lot at once! After months of juggling home working and office working, it was important for people to be able to join in the celebrations now that more staff are back in the office and able to acknowledge these brilliant milestones personally.
JCW recognises that our employees are one of our greatest assets, and we believe loyalty is a two way street, this is why we aim to invest in our employees’ growth in both job-related skills as well as personal development from the start. Our managers are enabled to carry out annual development appraisals in order to maximise employees’ career potential where possible.
We feel grateful to have been rewarded with our staff’s loyalty in return, this is why milestones such as long service awards must be celebrated.
