Mark: Account Manager
Mark joined JCW in 2000, as an apprentice Air Conditioning Engineer. His hard work paid off as he worked his way up to become a senior engineer, then moved into contract management in 2019. Progressing over the years into the position he holds today is certainly one of his career highlights - so far!
Mark swears by his work style of always listen to the client’s requirements first, and then exceed those expectations. “Treat others how you would like to be treated!!” is the only way to deliver the best level of service.
When Mark is done with work and looking to relax, building model helicopters and flying them at his local model club is his go-to hobby. Mark welcomed his two beautiful young children in 2018 and 2020, the moment they were born is a memory Mark holds dear.
