Prompt Response to High Priority Maintenance Issues

Our team of mobile engineers provide support in HVAC, mechanical and electrical call outs as well as building fabric and handy person services. They act as a first response to high priority reactive calls where site attendance is of the utmost urgency. Our contract customers receive the fastest possible reactive attendance.
Providing a prompt response for our contract customers in time of emergency is a high priority for us. Being able to attend site in the fastest possible time is essential, however, fast reactive attendance times can be difficult, especially in urban areas when navigating traffic can be problematic.
Latest vehicle added to our fleet
Our engineers are strategically employed to provide coverage to our national clients, this has resulted in a network of engineers that are, on average, 15 miles from our customers’ premises. To work around the congestion issues we are building our fleet to cater for this and are pleased to announce the latest vehicle being added to our fleet - a JCW motorbike.
Not only do our motorbikes provide a means for our mobile engineers to cut through traffic, it also means that less time is spent idling, so is a more efficient form of transport, saves energy and reduces our companies CO2 footprint.
Along with the additions to our fleet we also have a driver assistance and efficiency system fitted to our vehicles. This also enables us to improve safety and fuel efficiency in line with our corporate and social responsibility targets as well as reward the safest drivers.
Mobile engineers
Our newest mobile engineer is Dan who has joined the Royston service team. Dan has now collected his JCW motorbike and is carrying out his role as one of our Mobile Maintenance Engineers.
Our Service Manager based in Royston, Nick added:
“Dan’s background and knowledge as a maintenance engineer means he is versatile and can complete first response tasks, such as isolating and making safe, whilst back up engineers are en-route. This will be particularly useful in London where traffic and parking issues are huge factors every day.
The JCW motorbikes, allow for high priority reactive calls to be attended to in a fraction of the time, providing an enhanced level of service to our customers.”
