This week our Emergency Response Team were very busy late into the night, helping one of our valued retail customers, when disaster struck one of their premises.
A burst water main had caused substantial water damage. Our Disaster Recovery Team were called in to attend the same night and worked through to the early hours of the morning. They replaced the leaking pipework with the installation a new 54mm valve, as well as removing all surface water from four different areas. Work began at 8pm and all facilities and the site was restored by 2am.
