JCW Leicester Refurbishment
/Building on the Success of 2019
Last year we wrote a blog about the expansion of JCW and how this meant that our Leicester office needed to renovate the ground floor stores into more office space. 2019 proved to be a successful year both strategically and in terms of growth and therefore, it was time for the main office area to have a complete overhaul. This included re-decorating, new lighting and a complete new set of furniture in the companies branded colours.
Team Work
The refurbishment was completed in stages, first the redecoration a few weeks ago and then it was time to arrange the replacement of all the furniture, this was to be conducted over a weekend. We had a team of staff including Directors, Managers, Administrators and Engineers all working as a team to ensure that the old desks were broken down and removed, to allow for the new to be built in time for Monday morning so staff could start work uninterrupted.
The team did an amazing job and the transformation of the office is no less than remarkable. To record this huge event for Leicester we produced a time-lapse video for all to see how the work was completed and how the office looks today.

We spoke with our MD, Kurt Hedgley who added:
“2019 was, most certainly, a strong year for ongoing development and growth, and 2020 is already looking to continue where from where we ended 2019. We are keen to re-invest back into the infrastructure of the business and refurbishing the Leicester office was due.
With the new branded furniture, we believe the team will be more comfortable and now that all of our offices are modern in design and feel, we can build again on that foundation within and under the JCW reputation and brand.
This recent investment into the Leicester office is testament to the continued hard work of the team there, including their evolution through the introduction of new software and process throughout 2019, which will only serve to integrate our offices yet further on to common operating platforms.”
