Looking Back Before Moving Forward
Looking back over 2022, it has been another challenging year. We breathed a sigh of relief as we climbed out of the pandemic, only to witness the start of a war, a continuingly worrying and upsetting time. This in turn has put enormous pressures on the economy, not to mention the ongoing energy crisis. Through all of this, we have managed to stay strong within our industry, albeit with some ups and downs along the way.

We would like to thank our loyal customers, all of whom have faced their own set of challenges. We would like to welcome our new customers also. 2022 has been a successful year for us with many new customers mobilising contracts, in a whole range of sectors including:

Local authorities
Universities and colleges
Healthcare
Care homes and registered providers
And many more in both the private and public sectors
This diverse range of clients proves that our tailored services can be adapted to pretty much any industry. Being able to be flexible and responsive is key to our success. But most importantly, it is our staff that make this all possible.

This year we have welcomed new colleagues who bring their own experience and fresh approaches, complementing our existing teams across the UK. As departments have evolved or expanded, we have also proudly promoted staff from within.
With so many staff spread across the country, being able to bring some of them together to celebrate the festive season was a high point for us. Many of them had only ever spoken on the phone, or met each other over Teams. To be able to meet face to face, in such as lovely setting such as Knebworth, was a blessing and we look forward to doing a lot more inter-office events in the years to come!”
Moving into 2023
It is important to look back and reflect before moving forward. With all the challenges we faced during 2022, all in all, we have come out a stronger business and we are ready to face whatever 2023 brings.
